29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Diesel Fuel Area: On or about February 11, 2021 and at times prior, Fabricators and plant personnel were exposed to electrical hazards, in that extension cords were used as a permanent power source for the diesel and gasoline tank fuel pumps.
