29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. Fixed Ladder for Reel Hoist, Paper Machine #9- Employees were not protected from a fall hazard where the opening for the cage to the fixed ladder was blocked by a metal support for the catwalk. b. Lift Station- Employees were not protected from a fire and entrapment hazard where one of the two emergency exit doors did not open without being forced open and was obstructed with a cinder block on the outside of the door. c. Tissue and Towel Warehouse- Employees were not protected from a fire and entrapment hazard where the exit door, at the back of the warehouse, was removed and a piece of corrugated metal had been secured in place across the door opening. d. Tissue and Towel Warehouse- Employees were not protected from a slip and trip hazard where the emergency exit route for the emergency exit, at the front right corner of the warehouse, was blocked with paper bales and debris.
