29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(3): The materials were not rigged by a qualified rigger: The employer is failing to protect employees from structural collapse or struck-by hazards associated with proper rigging of materials hoisted on to the structure performed by a qualified and trained rigger. This was most recently observed on or about October 14, 2019, at a jobsite located at 900 SW Lower Lake Road, St. Joseph, Missouri. Employees were exposed to overhead hazards of lifting materials on to the top of the tank in which the metal sheeting which was to be laid down on top of the I-beam was raised in a vertical manner by an employee using a specialized clamp by a rigger who was not qualified to rig the load.
