29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, floors, or similar openings: At 818 Lone Star Drive, O Fallon, Missouri, specifically inside of the Garage and Work Shop, the yellow, flexible extension cord that powered an outdoor pump was run beneath a garage door thereby exposing employees to a potential electrical hazard. This violation was noted on 09/24/19.
