29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard: a) Work place was located at 25 Colony Road, Jersey City, NJ 07305 The employer utilized a temporary light string in the old break area to provide additional lighting without protecting the bulbs with the appropriate guards. Violation was identified on August 19, 2019.
