29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(iv): Midrails were not installed at a height approximately midway between the top edge and of the guardrail system and the platform surface. (a) 1121 N Jefferson St, Jackson MS - On or about May 20, 2019 the employer allowed employees to work from a wood pole scaffold that was approximately 20 feet high without a mid-rail installed, exposing employees to a fall hazard to the ground.
