29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): A means of selecting Off, "Inch," Single Stroke, and Continuous (when the continuous function is furnished) was not supplied with the clutch/brake control to select type of operation of the press. Fixing of selection was not by means capable of supervision by the employer. On or about April 18, 2019, the following mechanical power presses had the key left in the selector mode control switch. a. Press #5519: Clearing 45 ton mechanical press located in A bldg.; b. Clearing: 75 ton mechanical press , serial # 54-1096 located in B bldg.; c. Press M#107: Rouselle 25 ton mechanical press, serial # 21163 located in A bldg.;
