29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) The employer did not close unused openings on electrical equipment. This violation occurred on or about January 16, 2019, and at times after thereto: a. In the Press department, electrical panel "press room S2" had openings of 1/4-inch at circuit breakers #7, #8, #13, and #14. b. In the Finishing department, two (2) circuit breakers were missing from the Spectra Series power panel board.
