29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. A.) Champion Modular, Inc.; decking department - On or about 1/9/19, and at times prior thereto, a control pendant was being held together with duct tape. The pendant controlled a hoist on an underhung crane monorail system. B.) Champion Modular, Inc.; production area - On or about 11/20/18, and at times prior thereto, an electrical panel box did not have the door attached to the panel box. The door hinges were broken. C.) Champion Modular, Inc.; decking department - On or about 12/11/18, and at times prior thereto, a damaged cord was being utilized on a hoist pendant. The insulation jacket of the cord was cut and covered in electrical tape but internal conductors were exposed.
