29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not update the hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1), and/or provide any additional employee training in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) for newly identified physical or health hazards no later than June 1, 2016: (a) At the facility; The employer did not perform training to ensure that the employees were informed of the Global Harmonization System changes for container labeling and safety data sheet (SDS) format and material safety data sheets (MSDS) were updated to safety data sheets (SDS) no later than June 1, 2016 as required for chemicals and fibers such as but not limited to Green Power solvent, Basofil Fiber, Melamine Fiber, Loctite adhesive, Nomex Fibers, and Polyester Fibers in the workplace.
