29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) At Embed Shop : On or about May 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to struck-by hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a bench grinder without tongue guards installed.
