29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) Workplace, 55 Hartz Way, Secaucus, NJ The employer did not implement a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Rhodium, Master Stages Clean AMO degreaser, Chemtrall Oakite BCR that contains monoethanolamine, and Nitrogen gas and Anhydrous Ammonia used in the Annealing Furnace. Violation occurred on or about 11-15-17
