29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8 inch (.32 cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: The employer did not remove the fugitive grain dust accumulations in accordance with this grain handling facility's Housekeeping Program from all exposed surfaces such as, but not limited to: a) Employees were exposed to fire and /or explosion hazards associated with fugitive grain dust accumulation in excess of 1/8-inch in depth in the basement of Building #1961, distributing Spout Duct surface of Silo #131; b) Employees were exposed to fire and /or explosion hazards associated with fugitive grain dust accumulation in excess of 1/8-inch in depth in the basement of Building #1961, distributing Spout Duct surface of Silo #99; c) Employees were exposed to fire and /or exposure associated with fugitive grain dust accumulation in excess of 1/8-inch in depth in the head house basement of Building #1961, metal frame structure of the Boot Leg #4; d) Employees were exposed to fire and /or exposure associated with fugitive grain dust accumulation in excess of 1/8-inch in depth on the head house basement of Building #1961, floor surface of the Boot Leg #4, and; e) Employees were exposed to fire and /or exposure associated with fugitive grain dust accumulation in excess of 1/8-inch in depth on the head house basement of Building #1961, V pans motors - transition point between Belt conveyers #7 and #8.
