29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical or inclined belts were not enclosed by guard(s) conforming to the requirements specified at 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) Production Area: On or about August 9, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that the guard was not installed on the inclined belt located on top of the cone mixer near the inlet area used to load feed material and clean the mixer.
