29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft. On or about 1 May 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees performing box making activities at the large gluer conveyor table were exposed to a rotating shaft protruding more than one half the diameter of the shaft, exposing the employees to the hazard of being caught in the moving shaft.
