29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): (a) 205 Young Street: On or about April 24, 2017 and times prior, employees setup a ladder jack scaffold with a 24ft. by 12in. aluminum scaffold plank 2ft. to 3ft. below a 240 volt residential power drop approximately 10ft. 5in. from grade.
