29 CFR 1910.272(h)(1): Each employee who walks or stands on or in stored grain, where the depth of the grain poses an engulfment hazard, was not equipped with a lifeline or alternative means which the employer demonstrates will prevent the employee from sinking further than waist-deep into the grain: On or about 11/17/2016, at 466 Port Road, Tallulah, LA, the employer did not ensure that employees walking or standing on stored grain in a bin were equipped with lifelines or other adequate alternative means to prevent the employees from sinking further than waist-deep into the soybean grain.
