29 CFR 1910.137(b)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests in accordance with Tables I-5 and I-6: Entire Facility - On or about August 24 through October 27, 2016, rubber insulating gloves used by maintenance employees were not electrically tested (or replaced) at six month intervals. The gloves had an inspection date stamp of November 2010. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
