29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d): Maintenance Garage - On or about June 22, 2016, an employee performing welding was exposed to iron oxide at a concentration of 10.917 milligrams per cubic meter of air averaged over an 8-hour period; which is 1.092 times the permissible exposure limit (PEL), and feasible engineering and work practice controls had not been instituted.
