29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about 6/2/2016 in the oil lube shop at 2434 West Broad Street in Athens, GA: Employees using the electrical switch for the lights and receptacle were exposed to up to 120 volts from the electrical wiring not protected from the metal edges of the electrical box.
