29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Southeast rig guyline anchorage : On or about April 21, 2016, and times prior to, employees were engaged in the operation of a drilling rig during the drilling of an oil/gas well were furnished with an unserviceable fire extinguisher that had not received a monthly inspection. This exposed the employees to fire hazards.
