29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: (a) Chemical Room - On or about June 8, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard or contacting an energized source due to an electrical outlet being installed directly beneath the chemical central dispensing system. Corrosive chemical had leaked on and corroded the outlet and conduit.
