29 CFR 1910.184(e)(3)(ii): Records of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected were not available for examination: On or about 10/13/2015 in the mechanical shop area at 6575 Marshall Blvd in Lithonia, GA: Employer failed to provide and make available inspections documents of the alloyed steel chains and slings being used by the employees to lift engines and other components from the vehicles. Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from the non-indefinable alloyed steel chains and chain slings.
