29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) Bldg 22 AM/Linear Line Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a column sander with the guard removed exposing unguarded pulleys and belts. b) Bldg 19 Display and Mold Shop Area; On or about March 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a column saw with unguarded pulleys and belts.
