29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: South Plant by the small part area - Employees operating the Dewalt DW758 Bench Grinder were exposed to injury in the event of wheel failure in that the distance between the right side adjustable tongue guard and the abrasive wheel periphery measured 1.5 inches. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
