29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee required to use Personal Protective Equipment that covered when PPE is necessary, what PPE is necessary, how to don, doff, adjust and wear PPE, the limitations of PPE and the proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE: a) Warehouse Area - On or about 1/30/15, employees were provided with latex gloves and rubber gloves but were not provided with appropriate training in order to ensure that employees knew when the PPE was necessary, what PPE was necessary, the limitations of the PPE that they were provided with. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
