The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator. a. MCM Precision Castings, Inc. located in Weston, Ohio: On or about November 3, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees required to wear loose fitting powered air purifying hoods (PAPR) were provided with medical evaluations.
