29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30, 2013, the electric power wires going to the feeder motor on extruder #1 were exposed to abrasions because the terminal box was missing.
