29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet: a) On or about March 6, 2013 and at times prior, a Degreaser and Emuge tapping fluid were used by the employees in the machine shop as part of their regular work duties. The two chemicals were not included on the hazardous chemical list.
