29 CFR 1910.146(g)(4): The employer did not certify that the training required by 29 CFR 1910.146(g)(1) through 29 CFR 1910.146(g)(3) had been accomplished: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer did not certify that the required training had been accomplished for employees required to enter an underground fuel tank to perform a repair, while exposed to hazardous chemical vapors such as, but not limited to Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin.
