29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(ii): The employer shall assure that change rooms are equipped with separate storage facilities for protective work clothing and equipment and for street clothes which prevent cross-contamination. On or about July 17, 2024, employees in the CRT portion of the CRT/FRIT line were exposed to a lead dust concentration in excess of the Permissible Exposure Limit. The employer failed to assure that change rooms were equipped with separate storage facilities for protective work clothing and equipment and for street clothes which prevent cross-contamination. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
