(a)Ring-neck Energy & Feed, LLC dba Ringneck Energy LLC at 901 Redwood Avenue in Onida, SD 57564: On or about and at times prior to July 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure the Emergency Action Plan Revision 4.0 April 1, 2022 determined the scope of small releases and included procedures to handle small releases. Note: 29 CFR 1910.38(d) is required for Process Safety Management covered processes by 29 CFR 1910.119(n).
