29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about July 6, 2023, the employer used flexible cords as a substituted for permanent wiring in the woodshop, powering equipment, including, but not limited to, an soldering iron and phone chargers. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.
