29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about May 10, 2023, in the maintenance shop, the employer did not ensure that employees are protected from slip and fall hazards from debris in the walking/working surface in the work place.
