29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment were not used or installed in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Operations Area - On April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the metal duplex receptacle box was installed in accordance with the instructions included in its listing or labeling. The receptacle box was installed from a flexible cord on top of V&O full revolution mechanical power press #2, and #4. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
