29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Chicago Booth Manufacturing, Inc. located at 5000 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60644: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer had not implemented a written hazard communication program while employees used chemical products including, but not limited to, sealers, stains, top coats, paints, and glues, which contained hazardous chemicals including toluene, xylene, cumene, and naphthalene.
