29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: (a) On and before 3/1/2023, at facility, for the liner extractor technician and north bay working with/around chemicals such as, but not limited to, NOVACOTE NC-250, containing Ethyl acetate, Trisodium Phosphate, and Goo Gone, containing Distillates (petroleum). The employer did not have SDS's.
