29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouse 1: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards in that proper eye protection was not provided or enforced when changing liquid propane tanks. b) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2: On or about December 16, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to impalement hazards in that proper eye protection was not enforced when working with a pneumatic nail gun.
