29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: At the workplace located at 7601 East 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64126, an employee was exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards. The employer did not ensure unused openings inside of a breaker box located between the office and north oven, were effectively closed.
