29 CFR 1910.1000(c): An employee(s) was exposed to an airborne concentration of the respirable fraction of inert or Nuisance Dust in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average limits of 5 mg/m3 listed in Table Z-3: On or about November 3, 2022, an employee cleaning aggregate buildup from mixer blades and sides was exposed to respirable dust levels of 83.22 mg/m3 for an 8-hour day, which is approximately 17 times the permissible exposure limit of 5 mg/m3. Sampling was conducted for a period of 439 minutes, with zero exposure assumed for the remaining 41 minutes.
