29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: [Reference 29 CFR 1910.27(a)] a) On or about August 18, 2022, in front of the main canopy building, where a forklift was used to support a pallet that was not secured to its forks while it was being raised, exposing an employee to fall hazards.
