29 CFR 1910.265(c)(20)(ii):Machine(s) that created dust, shavings, chips, or slivers during a period of time equal to or greater than one-fourth of the working day were not equipped with collecting system(s) (a) On or about May 6, 2022, and at times prior to and thereafter, in the SCRAGG Shed, employees were exposed to fire hazards from wood dust that accumulated under the Baker Saw edger and resaw. There was no collection system in place to remove the wood dust.
