29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about July 28 2022 employees accessing panels were exposed to electric shock hazards in the following instances: a) The circuit breaker controlling the compressor next to the spiral steps to the second-floor storage area is blocked by pallets. b) The circuit breakers that belong to TF 1 and TF 2 are blocked by a table. c) The circuit breaker box handle was blocked by Machine Press MP9.
