29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3):Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: (a)CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC: Maintenance employees were provided 100% polyester lab coats and were not provided fire retardant clothing to be used when welding or cutting on and before 2/6/2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
