29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Employees engaged in production activities were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that the employer installed drop outlets not in accordance with instructions in the listing or labeling in the following instances: 1) At the Wall Assembly Line an electrical box wired with an extension cord that powered a Dewalt saw, internet router, and shop light. 2) At the Panel Saw an two outlet box was wired to another two outlet electrical with a switch powering a Milwaukee saw.
