29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303: On 3/31/2021 and at times prior, the employer did not label each breaker to indicate its purpose. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while entering and exiting the storage building and turning the lights on and off utilizing a circuit breaker.
