29 CFR 1926.452(k)(2): The support ladders used for ladder jack scaffolds did not meet the requirements of Subpart X - stairways and ladders. Jobsite - On or about April 2, 2021, the ladders used to support the ladder jack scaffold on the back of the garage did not meet the requirements of Subpart X where they were set up at an angle that was not approximately one-quarter the working length.
