29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Diesel Fuel Area; On or about February 11, 2021 and at times prior, Fabricators and other plant personnel were exposed to electrical hazards, in that the employer did not ensure the two-outlet electrical receptacle box was installed according to the listing or labeling. The receptacle box was mounted outside on a steel support in the fuel area.
