29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel: (a) Manufacturing Warehouse - On or about August 14, 2020, the Hyster powered industrial truck (Model # H50FT Serial # L177V06013H) was not in safe operating condition and removed from service, exposing employees to struck- by hazards. The forklift did not have a functioning horn or a usable seatbelt.
