29 CFR 1910.243(b)(2): Airhose and hose connections used for conducting compressed air to utilization equipment was not designed for the pressure and service to which they were subjected. On or about March 16, 2020, and at times prior thereto; in the Assembly and Welding Center, the employer did not use air hose connections designed for the pressure used, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
